• We typically process orders within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• We'll send you an email when your order ships.

Shipping Within India:

• We use standard shipping within India.
• Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You'll see the total shipping cost in your cart before you check out.

Tracking Your Order:

• When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

Accurate Address, Please:

• Double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete. We're not responsible if your order can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

No International Shipping:

• We currently only ship within India.

Problems with Your Shipment?

• Though we pack your orders with care, things can sometimes happen during shipping.
• If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us right away at support@tradingcafeindia.com . We'll work with the shipping carrier to fix the problem.
